Our services will continuously provide community support for our clients, to live independently in the community with the ability to make informed choices for themselves, finding strong multi-agency support and to keep them connected to the local communities.

Our objective is to enrich the lives of our clients we support, regardless of age, gender, and status. We will accomplish this by delivering individual care with a holistic service, that allows them to become independent and contribute to the communities they live in.

We aim to help clients turn challenging situations into positive ones, to become independent as possible and to resettle back into the community. We recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and aim to offer person-centred individualise of meaningful activities to satisfy the clients.

Next Step Programme for Adult

We will inspire change and connect with our clients, to enable them to manage their own lives as independently as possible. We want our clients to be treated with respect, develop, and use their own abilities, to improve their physical health and improve their social skills.

A next step programme is where ongoing care support will not be required at the same level for the foreseeable future, but there is an end goal of independence at some level.

Valentine Homes has a property portfolio which allows us to offer our Adults people next step accommodation.

The second step after they leave fully supported accommodation would be partly supported.

The third step independent living and we are still at the other end of the phone for support if needed.

These properties are for Adults who have developed their life skills and independent living skills, and we will support them to develop tenancy sustainable skills within our step down properties.
